Elevate your festive season and be a part of something truly enchanting! Applications are open for the Nickel Christmas Market 2025, a 12-day extravaganza running from 26 November to 07 December 2025

Important Details:
- Setup and Pack up Dates: Mark your calendars! Exhibitors must be available to set up on Monday, 24 November 2025, and pack up on Monday, 08 December 2025. Specific times will be provided. Only jewelers with sterling silver and gold jewelry are allowed to man their stalls inside.
- All Food Vendors: A valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) is mandatory for food exhibitors.
- Only outside food vendors are permitted to manage their stalls.
- Food trucks operating fully on gas will receive preference.
- Food trucks set up on Tuesday, 26 November '25
- Food trucks may ONLY sell approved items. Provide full menu on application.
- Stall Specifications:
- Stall fees include a table. Specify your preference for a stall with or without a table and any special requirements such as power points or venue preferences.
- Stall Size: 1.8 x 750
- Tablecloths must touch the floor!!!
- Fees: Stall space is R1 000 each + 20% donations of your turnover. Food trucks/stalls outside are R1 000 each + 10% donation of your turnover.
- Restaurant operator donates 17% of their turnover.
- Closing Date: The deadline for all applications is 12 September 2025
- Ensure you familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions that you are agreeing to when completing your application.
Special Considerations:
- Variety and Fairness: To ensure a dynamic market environment, we implement policies to avoid the repetition of exhibitors.
- We aim to not approve more than 2 spaces per exhibitor to allow for a wider variety.
- We do not guarantee the same venue/spot allocation as the previous year, especially not after two years in a row.

Submit online, ensuring all fields marked with (*) are completed. Remember, including at least one photo of your stall is mandatory. Add remarks of special request to be against a wall or an "island" stall. Let's come together and create an unforgettable Nickel Christmas Market experience for all!
